As a Security Officer - Visitor Check Inin PHOENIX AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution you will be the welcoming presence for employees and visitors supporting access control badge processes and professional communication. You will monitor entry activity help address security-related concerns and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access-control policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact by greeting visitors verifying identification and appointments issuing visitor credentials and directing guests according to site procedures.
• Monitor access to the location maintain visitor and delivery logs and communicate entry concerns or unusual activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner while following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering inquiries receiving calls and deliveries and documenting security-related activities in required records.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
