Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.52 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing tracking and managing employee badges and access rights within a secure environment.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
  Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications manage files and utilize communication tools effectively.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)
  Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries resolving issues and providing support in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees contractors and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access-control requirements and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food and beverage production areas warehouses parking areas offices and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points verify visitor and contractor authorization and maintain accurate logs reports and shift documentation.
• Support a clean orderly work environment by following applicable site rules including food-production access and sanitation-related requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
