Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests visitors and hotel staff while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel public areas guest corridors parking areas service entrances and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner notifying hotel management and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points observe and report unusual activity or property conditions and complete accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly guest experience by providing directions supporting access-control procedures and communicating professionally with hotel personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
