As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Customer Service in Baytown TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location you will conduct routine patrols monitor assigned areas help deter incidents and support access control activities. A valid drivers license is required for this driving post. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universals agile reliable innovative and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings access points parking areas and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas verify credentials as directed and document visitor contractor and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports incident documentation and shift handoffs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
