As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Patrol in Mililani HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As a Patrol Officer at a retail location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for visitors tenants and staff. This driving role calls for strong communication and customer service while responding to concerns and reporting observations. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants shoppers visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures property policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas parking facilities building entrances and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property reporting suspicious behavior policy violations and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed activity logs incident reports and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
