As a Security Officer Clinical Area in Palm Beach Gardens FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting you will conduct routine patrols monitor assigned areas support access control and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring environment for patients visitors and staff. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings grounds parking areas entrances and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures assisting with directions and access-related questions as needed.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of law enforcement experience at least two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or at least three years of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
