As a Security Officer Screening Resolution in Rialto CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location you will help support a secure welcoming environment by screening individuals and materials monitoring access points and communicating professionally with employees visitors and delivery personnel. Your visible presence and attention to detail will help identify and report security-related concerns while contributing to a reliable team-focused operation built on integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors drivers and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees visitors packages and authorized vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials visitor authorization and delivery documentation as required.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated facility areas loading docks parking areas and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
