Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to healthcare manufacturing and office areas verify credentials and document visitor contractor and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents alarms medical situations and other critical events in a calm problem-solving manner notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility parking areas and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and shift communications while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
