Pay Rate: $21.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and security-related policies.
• Screen individuals and authorized items entering designated areas in accordance with established access-control and screening protocols.
• Verify identification visitor credentials and entry authorization; direct guests to appropriate check-in or escort procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms prohibited-item concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas entry points and the surrounding business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
