As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol Driver in San Francisco CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a utility location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and respond professionally to site needs. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring culture that puts people first. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and contractors at a utility location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities access points parking areas and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas verify visitor and contractor authorization and maintain required entry exit and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Report observed hazards damaged equipment suspicious activity and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement military police and/or corrections experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
