As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Customer Service in Santa Clara CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an unarmed patrol professional at a dynamic technology location you will conduct routine patrols monitor access points and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving role also offers opportunities to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring agile and reliable team that acts with integrity and collaborates to address evolving needs.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings data center-adjacent areas parking areas access points and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor contractor and delivery procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations incidents and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
