As a Security Officer Patrol in Allen TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a retail location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service to shoppers and staff. You will communicate clearly document observations using computer or tablet tools and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees visitors and shoppers by carrying out site-specific procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas entrances exits loading areas parking locations and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor employee and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for security-related incidents patrols and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
