You will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents monitor assigned areas and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to security-related incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner documenting observations and actions according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas common spaces parking areas and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points visitor activity and security-related systems; verify credentials and direct authorized individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership preparing clear and accurate reports for incidents patrols and unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
