Pay Rate: $18.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors employees and/or program participants while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings grounds parking areas access points and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location verify authorized entry as directed and maintain awareness of visitor and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.
• Document patrols incidents and observations accurately and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or appropriate responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
