Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests visitors and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures policies and emergency response activities at a luxury hotel and resort location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas entrances parking areas public spaces and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to guest concerns incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points and support authorized entry procedures for guests employees vendors and deliveries while maintaining a welcoming hospitality-focused presence.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations incidents and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
