Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas offices parking areas access points and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization of employees visitors contractors and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports incident reports and shift logs communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
