Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents access concerns alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; document and communicate relevant details according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors exterior grounds parking areas access points and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify visitor and contractor access as directed and report suspicious activity maintenance concerns and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete accurate patrol logs incident reports and daily activity reports while maintaining a professional presence in a commercial real estate environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
