Location:Houston TX 77095 (Cypress Area)
Schedule:Part-Time Overnight 24 hours/week

• Sunday: 12:00AM - 12:00PM

City Security Services is seeking a professional dependable and alert Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services within an industrial this role you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols exterior and interior activity and maintain a visible security presence. The ideal candidate will notice details others may overlookand self motivated while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. You will be expected to regularly patrol the property monitor access points identify open gates report suspicious activity and address security concerns before they become larger candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure exercise sound judgment and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of the property.
• Monitor visitor traffic entering the property.
• Monitor gates entrances and access points
• Respond tocomplaints and disturbances.
• Watch for suspicious activity persons or vehicles
• Conduct perimeter checks of parking areas and common spaces
• Maintain the security vehicle in a clean and professional condition
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Contact law enforcement fire or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence

Requirements:

• Active Level IISecurity License or the ability to obtain one.
• Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
