Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Greet and screen visitors verify authorization manage guest and vendor access and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor front-desk communications cameras alarms and/or other security-related systems and promptly report unusual activity or equipment concerns.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence provide directions and general assistance and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent access-control practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
