Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.59 - $19.59 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Staff the front desk greet residents and visitors verify access authorization maintain visitor records and direct guests in accordance with property procedures.
• Monitor access points cameras alarms and communications systems and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner contacting emergency services and/or site leadership as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs incident reports and shift communications while helping to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly residential environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
