Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing tracking and managing employee badges.

• Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
  Experience with alarm panel systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm system operations troubleshooting and response protocols.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
  Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates must be comfortable navigating software applications and performing basic

• Customer Service Experience (B219)troubleshooting.
  A background in customer service is preferred. Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees visitors and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies access-control protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points verify credentials and visitor authorization maintain visitor and contractor logs and help prevent unauthorized entry to food and beverage production storage and distribution areas.
• Respond to incidents alarms access-control concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors exteriors perimeter areas loading docks parking areas and restricted locations. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Assist with protecting product integrity by observing adherence to site entry requirements reporting irregular conditions and supporting orderly movement of personnel visitors and deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
