Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

1. Security Experience:

   • Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant security experience (C115). This experience should be documented and verifiable through previous employment or training.

2. Valid Drivers License:

   • Applicants must hold a valid drivers license issued in the state where the job is located (C124). A copy of the drivers license must be provided during the application process.

3. Computer or Tablet Proficiency:

   • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using a computer or tablet (B204). This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.

4. Customer Service Experience:

   • A background in customer service is required (B219). Candidates should have experience in interacting with customers resolving issues and providing support in a professional manner.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points verify credentials and visitor authorization issue visitor passes and maintain accurate access and entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms unauthorized-entry attempts incidents and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances parking areas production-adjacent spaces and the facility perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts Allied Universal leadership and responding agencies completing required reports and documentation for security-related incidents and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
