Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify authorized access issue visitor credentials as applicable and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle activity records.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community common areas access points and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and support adherence to site policies.
• Assist with directing visitors vendors and service personnel in accordance with residential community procedures while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
