Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related screening protocols at a government location.
• Screen individuals personal property and permitted items using assigned screening equipment and procedures; report prohibited or suspicious items to appropriate personnel.
• Verify identification credentials and access authorization in accordance with established entry requirements and visitor management procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs screening records and incident reports; communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
