Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees visitors and clients at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors verifying identification and appointments issuing visitor credentials and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access control systems cameras alarms and communications equipment; report suspicious activity access concerns and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents emergency situations and client requests in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established response protocols.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence direct visitors to appropriate locations and coordinate with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
