Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at an industrial manufacturing location verify credentials and authorizations issue visitor badges and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Screen and direct visitors vendors and contractors in accordance with established procedures coordinating with site contacts when needed.
• Respond to incidents alarms access-related concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating matters according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points business areas and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• At least one year of armed security-related law enforcement and/or military experience is required.
• A state county or city-issued security license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
