As a Security Officer - Major Commercial Complex you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location. Conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service to tenants visitors and staff. Communicate professionally respond to security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment through teamwork integrity reliability agility and innovation.

Pay Rate: $18.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors contractors and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms access concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors exterior grounds parking areas loading docks and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe building activity reporting suspicious conditions maintenance concerns and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols incidents and observations while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
