As a Security Officer Logistics Facility Patrolin San Diego CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees visitors and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to site needs with integrity. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility loading areas parking areas access points and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures and document visitor vehicle and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Observe shipping and receiving operations for security-related concerns help maintain orderly traffic flow and report damaged barriers lighting issues or other site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
