As a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador in Omaha NE you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location you will greet visitors manage access monitor entry activity and support a welcoming professional environment. You will use computer or tablet systems to document security-related information communicate clearly with team members and guests and help address concerns. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors verifying identification and access authorization issuing visitor credentials and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points visitor activity and available communications systems reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following site-specific protocols and contacting emergency services and/or site leadership as needed.
• Support a professional reception environment for a logistics and distribution location by directing guests coordinating with onsite personnel and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
