As a Security Officer Full Time Gated Townhome Community Access Controlin Fullerton CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal you will help support a welcoming residential community by monitoring entry points verifying access and assisting residents guests and vendors with professionalism. You will maintain a visible presence communicate clearly report security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized activity while delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors contractors and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify authorization maintain visitor and contractor logs and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community common areas entrances parking areas and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document observations incidents and access-related activity in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
