As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Security Verification Patrol in Fredericksburg VA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Allied Universal is hiring Unarmed Patrol Officers for a healthcare this role you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for patients visitors and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate professionally and use computer or tablet systems as needed. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies disturbances and other critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity assist with directions and escorts as needed and report suspicious activity hazards or policy violations to site leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports daily activity logs and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
