As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Perimeter Patrol in Katy TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology media and telecommunications location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.17 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors vendors and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas common spaces parking areas loading zones and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials in accordance with site procedures and report access-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and incident documentation communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts and maintain a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
