As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Torrance CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail plaza you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents respond to security-related concerns and provide outstanding customer service to visitors tenants and staff. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants shoppers visitors and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas parking areas perimeter locations and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location reporting maintenance issues suspicious behavior and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
