As a Security Officer Full Time Service Desk in Fremont CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas parking areas entrances and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary across the location.
• Monitor access points and support visitor contractor and vehicle entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations incidents and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
