As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Operations in Somerville NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a residential senior living location you will provide a welcoming professional presence while monitoring entry activity assisting residents and visitors responding to security-related concerns and communicating clearly with site personnel. Pay Rate: $16.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors staff and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access at the front desk greet visitors verify authorization maintain visitor records and direct guests in accordance with property procedures.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Monitor front-desk communications cameras alarms and access-control systems reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while providing courteous assistance in a residential senior housing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
