Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Leesport PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a government location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas helping to maintain a secure environment for residents visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter incidents respond to security-related concerns and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

1. Security Experience:

   • Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience (C112). This experience should be documented and verifiable through previous employment or training programs.

2. Valid Drivers License:

   • All candidates must possess a valid drivers license in accordance with the Driver Policy Requirements (C123). A copy of the drivers license must be submitted as part of the application process.

3. Technical Proficiency:

   • Candidates should demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204). This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors staff and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents resident-related concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings grounds entrances parking areas and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points verify visitor and contractor entry requirements and maintain awareness of activity throughout the location.
• Complete required reports logs and shift communications accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
