As a Security Officer - Full Time - Mornings in Wausau WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols communicate professionally and provide outstanding customer service while reflecting Allied Universals agile reliable innovative caring teamwork-focused and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $17.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; document observations and actions in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the dairy production location warehouse areas employee entrances parking areas and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as directed and report irregular conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support site-specific food and beverage facility protocols by reporting damaged doors lighting issues spills or other conditions that may require attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
