Security Officer Full Time Facility Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Berkeley MO you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents monitor assigned areas and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help create a secure environment while representing Allied Universals agile reliable innovative and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas exterior grounds entrances parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor employee and contractor activity; report suspicious conditions maintenance concerns and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and patrol records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
