As a Security Officer Full Time Driver in Lawrence Township NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. As a Security Officer supporting a utility location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid drivers license in the job state. You will contribute to a caring reliable team that puts people first acts with integrity and supports critical operations through agile innovative service.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor access points verify credentials as applicable and maintain accurate visitor contractor and vehicle entry records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of operational areas buildings parking areas and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions hazards or unauthorized activity.
• Support compliance with site rules and access-control procedures while helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintaining professional communication with onsite personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
