As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Lifecycle Support in Nazareth PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location you will help maintain a secure environment by managing visitor and employee access monitoring entry points conducting routine patrols and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional experience for everyone on site. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing tracking and managing access credentials.

• Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
  Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems including installation monitoring and troubleshooting of security alarms.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
  Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications managing emails and utilizing digital communication tools.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)
  A background in customer service is required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and customers.

• Loss Prevention (B210)
  Experience in loss prevention strategies and practices is necessary. Candidates should understand the principles of theft prevention and risk management in a retail or corporate environment.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors drivers and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location verify identification and credentials and maintain accurate visitor driver and delivery records.
• Control access for employees contractors vendors and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points loading areas parking areas and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
