As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Reader Driver in Buford GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location you will manage entry points verify credentials monitor alarms and document security-related activity. You will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter incidents and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid drivers license. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers visitors and employees by carrying out access-control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for vehicles trailers personnel and visitors; verify credentials and maintain required access records.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points loading areas parking areas and the business perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities incidents visitor activity and unusual conditions in clear accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
