As a Security Officer Full Time Access Credentialing in Cypress TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location you will help manage entry and exit points verify credentials monitor access activity and report security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while helping to maintain an orderly environment. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers visitors and employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and authorization and maintain access-related logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Manage visitor contractor and delivery access directing individuals to designated areas and escalating unauthorized access attempts or discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points the business and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
