Security Officer Full-Time Access Control

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Patrol in Imperial PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology media and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents support access control activities and deliver outstanding customer service. Use communication and computer skills to document observations and assist visitors and employees. Our agile reliable and innovative team puts people first works together and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel at a technology media and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings parking areas loading zones entrances and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor contractor and delivery credentials in accordance with site policies; assist with directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity incident and patrol reports and communicate observations and security-related concerns through established reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
