As a Security Officer Full Time Access Authorization Driver in Santa Fe Springs CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location you will monitor entry points verify access credentials conduct routine patrols and help maintain an orderly environment. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors drivers and associates by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points verify credentials and visitor authorization maintain entry and exit records and direct authorized personnel deliveries and vehicles according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents access-control concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating matters through established reporting channels as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points loading areas parking areas the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document observations incidents and unusual activity in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
