As a Security Officer Front Desk Licensed Driver in Orlando FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location you will serve as a welcoming visible presence while monitoring access observing activity and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication to employees visitors and clients helping create a professional environment. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors employees and vendors at the front desk of a financial institution while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Verify visitor identities manage guest sign-in processes issue visitor credentials and direct individuals to appropriate offices or contacts in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility through the front desk area report unauthorized access attempts and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs complete required reports and promptly communicate security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess at least three years of experience as a military police officer corrections officer or armed security professional or be a graduate of a certified law enforcement training program.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
