As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications with Active Clearance in King Of Prussia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

Verification of this clearance will be conducted as part of the pre-employment screening process. • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing tracking and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
  Candidates must demonstrate experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm protocols troubleshooting and responding to alarm events.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
  Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications email communication and data entry.

• CPR Certification (B205):
  Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization.

• Customer Service Experience (B219):
  Candidates should have a background in customer service demonstrating strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors vendors and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access protocols and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications receive requests for assistance document relevant details and route calls alarms and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating communications with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs incident reports visitor or delivery records and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter reporting unusual conditions access concerns and maintenance issues through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
