As a Security Officer Dispatch Operations in Cumberland RI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a healthcare location you will coordinate communications monitor alarms and activity and help route requests for timely response. You will maintain clear records support security-related operations and provide outstanding service to staff visitors and partners. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to healthcare location staff visitors patients and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures access protocols and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls alarms and communications; dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents service requests and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs incident records and shift communications documenting relevant details and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor cameras access control systems and other security-related technology reporting unusual activity equipment concerns and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support healthcare operations by communicating with site contacts first responders and Allied Universal leadership during routine activities and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
