Marksman Security is seeking a dependable alert and service-driven Part-Time Lobby Officer to provide front-desk coverage at a premier corporate campus. This role calls for professionalism sound judgment and a genuine commitment to keeping people and property safe.

This post supports one of our most distinguished corporate accounts where the standard for professionalism presentation and precision is exceptionally high true concierge-level security.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and screen visitors vendors and employees at the lobby desk with a professional welcoming demeanor
• Operate access control systems to issue and verify credentials
• Deter misconduct and respond to alarms calls of distress or emergencies by contacting police fire departments and/or local emergency response teams
• Make periodic patrols of the lobby and surrounding areas to check for unsafe conditions hazards unlocked doors and unauthorized persons
• Prepare clear concise and accurate incident reports
• Utilize a computer for incident reports security software applications and email
• Manage multiple tasks execute radio and telephone communications and perform in a high-pressure environment
• Perform other duties as determined by the security supervisor

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following:

• Two years of customer service experience AND one year of verifiable security experience

Requirements

• Valid FL Security D License
• Valid FL Drivers License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Technology skills: operate access control systems utilize a computer for incident reports operate security software systems or applications use email
• Strong customer service skills professional demeanor and appearance
• Experience managing multiple tasks executing radio and telephone communications and performing in a medium to high pressure environment with frequently changing and/or competing demands
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Above-average written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public
• Trained in CPR and First Aid preferred
