As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Clinton IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location you will help maintain a secure welcoming environment by managing visitor and employee access verifying credentials monitoring entry points and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service communicate clearly and support a visible presence that helps deter incidents. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access-control policies and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to facilities production areas and restricted spaces by verifying credentials maintaining visitor records issuing access badges or passes and communicating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to access-control alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site procedures and documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points business areas production-adjacent spaces parking areas and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs complete incident reports and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding access activity observations and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
