As a Security Officer Secure Entry Control in Lathrop CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. As an Access Control Officer at an automotive location you will help manage entry points verify credentials monitor access activity and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and vendors at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and authorization manage visitor access and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access-related incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points parking areas business facilities and perimeter areas to help identify unauthorized activity or access concerns.
• Follow Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures documenting incidents unusual conditions and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
